Whitepaper — When Growth Exposes the Cracks Read report

Priced per user. Quoted honestly.

We do not publish a price-per-seat, because an ERP quote that ignores your data condition, integrations and training need is a number designed to be revised later. Here is exactly what drives the figure, and how fast you will get it.

  • A quote in two to five days

From scoping call to a fixed-scope written proposal.

  • Every module included

Full access to the system, not a bill for each module you turn on.

  • Fixed-scope implementation

Scoped once and held, not billed by the hour.

One licence. Every module included.

Most ERPs charge by the module, so the system you can afford is never the system you need. With ChannelSnap you pay a monthly licence and a per-user fee, and get the whole platform.

Users

A fee for each full user

  • Each full user priced individually
  • Read-only users cost a fraction of a full user
  • Access set by role, not by module

What moves the number.

Nothing here should be a surprise on a proposal. If it is, ask us before you sign anything, from us or from anyone else.

  1. 01

UsersA monthly platform licence plus a fee per full user. Read-only users cost a fraction of a full user.

  3. 03

Implementation scopeQuoted once, fixed, after scoping — driven by data condition, integrations and training need.

  4. 04

Support levelStandard support is included. Extended hours and named-contact support are optional.

Business case

The other half of the question.

Move the inputs to match your operation. The estimate applies the outcomes we measure across deployments — 65% less manual handling, 1.25× inventory turnover — to your own figures.

  • 65% of manual data-entry hours recovered
  • 20% of inventory value released as turnover improves to 1.25×
  • 0.5% of revenue recovered from oversells, mis-picks and pricing errors

An estimate for discussion, not a quotation. We will build a proper case with your data on a scoping call.

Pricing questions.

Why is pricing not published?

Because a published per-seat figure would exclude implementation, integrations and data migration, which are the parts that vary most between two businesses of the same size. We would rather give you a complete fixed number within a week than a partial one instantly.

Do we pay per module?

No. Every module is included in your licence, so you have full access to the system from day one. The exceptions are a few connectors, such as Shopify and Squarespace, which carry an affordable monthly fee.

Do read-only users need a full licence?

No. Read-only users cost a fraction of a full user, so the people who only need to look things up can have access without each one adding a full licence.

Is there a long-term contract?

There is no long-term contract. Licensing is monthly. Implementation is a separate fixed-scope engagement. Both are set out in writing before you commit, with no auto-escalating multi-year lock-in. We know that we offer a great product at a great price, so we don’t need to be afraid of locking in any of our customers for long contracts.

What is not included?

Hardware such as scanners and label printers, third-party subscriptions like Shopify or QuickBooks Online, and bespoke development beyond the agreed scope. All of it is identified during scoping rather than discovered later.

How does ChannelSnap compare on cost to enterprise ERP?

Substantially lower on both licence and implementation, mainly because the deployment is weeks rather than months and there is no systems integrator margin.
