Customer Relationship Management questions.
Do I still need a separate CRM?
Most ChannelSnap customers retire theirs. Because the CRM shares the ERP database, it already has purchase history, credit position and fulfilment status — the context a standalone CRM has to sync for and usually gets wrong.
Can sales reps use it in the field?
Yes. The interface is browser-based and works on tablets and phones, so reps can check availability, review history and enter orders from a customer site without calling the office.
Does it track commissions?
Commission structures can be defined per rep, per product group or per customer, and are calculated from invoiced sales so the numbers reconcile with what finance actually collected.
Can we build our own customer segments?
Yes. Segment customers on any field you hold, such as region, spend, product group, rep or last order date, then export the list or send it straight to SuccessByEmail for an email campaign.
Do tasks and events sync with our calendars?
They do. Create one-off or recurring tasks and events against a customer and they sync with Gmail and Outlook 365, so follow-ups appear in the calendar your team already uses.
